Faye Woo Lee

National Assistant Secretary

Faye has been a Commissioner on the San Francisco Human Rights Commission (The Commission) since 2004. The Commission provides leadership and advocacy to secure, protect and promote human rights for all people.

She is a member of the Chinese Hospital Board of Trustees. Chinese Hospital is a community owned not for profit hospital. It exits to deliver quality health care in a cost effective way, responsible to the community’s ethnic & cultural uniqueness.

She is a member of the Chinese Community Health Plan. Its mission is to provide culturally competent and linguistically appropriate managed health care at an affordable price to the community.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of Chinese Community Health Resource Center. Its mission is to build a healthy community through culturally and linguistically competent preventive health care, disease management, research programs and advocacy.

She has been a member of the Mayor’s Steering Committee for the City’s annual official celebration of the Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May for the Last eight years.
